• Clip-in Extensions: These are the simplest process, involving snapping clips onto wefts of hair and attaching them directly to the natural hair near the scalp. This method requires no heat, glue, or professional help, allowing for instant length and volume that can be removed daily.

• Tape-in Extensions: A stylist sandwiches a small section of natural hair between two pre-taped wefts, pressing the medical-grade adhesive together to create a flat, discreet bond. This semi-permanent process typically lasts 6–8 weeks before needing reapplication as hair grows.

• Sew-in (Weft) Extensions: The natural hair is first braided into cornrows, and then hair wefts are sewn onto the braids using a needle and thread. This process is time-consuming, often taking 2–4 hours, and is best suited for thick or coarse hair types.
