Cancellation & Appointment Policy

We value our clients’ time and strive to provide the same level of respect in return. To best serve all guests, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations so we may offer the appointment time to clients on our waitlist.

All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. Appointments canceled, rescheduled same-day, will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. In the event of a no-call, no-show, the full cost of the scheduled service, as listed on our service menu, will be charged. These fees are non-refundable.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text and/or email. If you anticipate running late, please contact us as soon as possible. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after this time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the applicable fee.

Promptness Policy

A 10-minute grace period is extended to all clients, and we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals when possible. However, guests arriving 10 minutes or more past their scheduled time may be asked to reschedule at the stylist’s discretion. This policy helps ensure that all appointments run on time and respects the schedules of other clients.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise with notification, within 7 days, of the original service.

You may exchange a product with a receipt for a different product of your choosing of equal or lesser value.

Complimentary Blowout

A blowout is provided as a complimentary finishing service with your appointment. Should you choose to decline this service, the full service price will remain unchanged.
